You cannot download files without access to an account, but you can upload files securely, as is explained below.

Quick Secure Upload via Citrix ShareFile
SHAREFILE. Rushforth Firm Ltd. uses Citrix ShareFile to share files privately and securely. You can upload and download files without having to pay for your own ShareFile account and without any limit to the number or size of files. Using ShareFile to share a document or other computer file that contains your social security number, account numbers, or other confidential information is much more secure than simply attaching that document or file to an e-mail message. It is more convenient and usually more secure than using password-protected files.
UPLOADING. If you do not have a ShareFile account with us (or choose not to use it), use the form above to upload files. If the form is not working, point your web browser to http://upload.rushforthfirm.com/ and, for tracking purposes, provide your name and e-mail address. Then either drag-and-drop files from your file explorer to the browser window or click "Browse files" to select one or more files to upload from your computer. If you upload a file using ShareFile, it will be noticed sooner if you send an e-mail message informing the intended recipient that you have uploaded one or more files.
DOWNLOADING. If you do not have an activated account or choose not to use it, we can provide secure download links for files via e-mail. For tracking purposes, you will need to provide your name and e-mail address. If a document contains senstive information, we may require you to log in with a password.
SHAREFILE INVITATION REQUEST. If it would be convenient for you to exchange files with any member of our team and you have not yet received an invitation, send an e-mail message to email@example.com or to the attorney involved asking for a ShareFile invitation. This is particularly important if there are large files or a large quantity of files that need to be shared.
INITIAL LOG-IN. After receiving an e-mail message inviting you to activate your RFL ShareFile account, click the "Activate Account" button in that e-mail message. You will be asked to create a password. After you are logged in, you will see the folder(s) that you have access to. Click on the name of a folder to access it and to view or download any files in that folder. The same applies to subfolders.
NORMAL LOG-IN. After activating your account and creating a password, for subsequent log-ins, go to https://rushforthfirm.sharefile.com and log in with your e-mail address and the password you created. This will allow you to access the existing files and any that we have added. You may be notified automatically by e-mail if we add a file. If you have forgotten your password, just click the "Forgot Password" link.
DOWNLOADING. To download one or more files from a folder, use the check boxes to select the file(s) you want to download and click the download link above the file list. If you download multiple files at the same time, the files will be combined into a single .zip file, and the individual files can be extracted from the downloaded .zip file.
UPLOADING. Click on the name of the folder into which you wish to add files. Then select (highlight) files using your file explorer or other file manager and then drag-and-drop those files into the browser window. In the alternative, you may click the "Browse files" link and select files from your computer. Uploaded files can be in almost any file format. We will let you know if you send us a file that we cannot read. If you upload a file using ShareFile, it will be noticed sooner if you send an e-mail message informing the intended recipient that you have uploaded one or more files.
SHARING FILES WITH OTHERS. If you wish to share files with others (such as colleagues, family members, or other advisors), please provide us with the name and e-mail address for each person you want to have access, and we will add them to the system. If you want to share only some files with one or more persons, let us know, and we will grant them access to a subfolder that contain only the specific files you want to share with them. Sharing files with others may waive any attorney-client privilege that would otherwise apply to those files.
